Creativity Makes Miracles, Fostering a Love for vao w88 Profession

On October 11-12, at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Labor Cultural Palace, the Vietnam Textile and Garment Union (VTGU), in collaboration with the tải w88 (Vinatex), held the 4th Creative Labor Festival and the Northern Region’s Cultural Performance Festival of the Vietnam Textile and Garment Industry.

Attending vao w88 event were Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu – Vice Chairman of vao w88 Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL); Mr. Le Tien Truong – Secretary of vao w88 Party Committee and Chairman of Vinatex’s Board of Directors; Mr. Cao Huu Hieu – Deputy Secretary of vao w88 Party Committee and CEO of Vinatex; Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tam – Chairwoman of vao w88 VTGU; and union officials from various grassroots unions under VTGU.

Vietnam Textile and Garment: A Joyous Major Festival

vao w88 major festival of vao w88 Vietnam Textile and Garment Industry in 2024 included various events: vao w88 Creative Labor Festival (CLF), vao w88 Cultural Performance Festival with new works about vao w88 industry, honoring Enterprises for Workers, and awarding vao w88 Nguyen Thi Sen Prize to outstanding female workers. This festival marked an important highlight of vao w88 new journey and vao w88 first year of implementing vao w88 Resolution of vao w88 13th Congress of vao w88 VGCL and vao w88 6th Congress of VTGU. It also contributed to vao w88 success of vao w88 3rd Congress of vao w88 Vinatex Party Committee for vao w88 2020-2025 term.

Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Tam, Chairwoman of VTGU, stated that this year marked vao w88 4th time vao w88 textile and garment industry has vigorously promoted vao w88 movement and organized vao w88 sector-level CLF. Over time, vao w88 intellectual contribution of textile and garment workers has been confirmed through excellent projects and solutions that effectively support each unit’s activities and meet vao w88 growing demands of vao w88 industry in vao w88 process of integration and development. Along with this, honoring 12 businesses on vao w88 occasion of Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day (October 13) was both recognition and gratitude, as well as encouragement for businesses to practice responsible business, always putting workers at vao w88 center of their development.

vao w88 festival also presented vao w88 Nguyen Thi Sen Prize to 10 outstanding female workers, encouraging them to carry forward vao w88 legacy of their predecessors, stay dedicated, and contribute creatively to new advancements in vao w88 textile and garment industry.

At vao w88 closing ceremony of vao w88 festival, Mr. Ngo Duy Hieu, Vice Chairman of VGCL, highly appreciated vao w88 enthusiasm of vao w88 grassroots unions and vao w88 creativity of VTGU in annually maintaining awards and organizing cultural performances with participation from workers across vao w88 country. He also praised vao w88 leadership of Vinatex for facilitating and supporting vao w88 smooth organization of vao w88 CLF, ensuring it ran effectively.

Mr. Le Tien Truong, Secretary of vao w88 Party Committee and Chairman of Vinatex’s Board of Directors congratulated and commended vao w88 meaningful activities organized by Vinatex and VTGU to celebrate Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day (October 13) and Vietnamese Women’s Day (October 20). On behalf of vao w88 Party Committee, vao w88 Board of Directors, and Vinatex’s management, Mr. Truong expressed his sincere thanks to vao w88 VGCL for its guidance and support in vao w88 efforts to benefit workers. In addition, vao w88 Group’s leadership acknowledged and highly appreciated vao w88 collaboration of vao w88 grassroots trade union officials at enterprises, who have significantly contributed to enhancing vao w88 quality of union activities at vao w88 grassroots level.

“After organizing vao w88 Labor Creativity Day (LCD) four times, vao w88 creative labor movement of vao w88 Group and vao w88 Vietnam National Textile and Garment Trade Union has become a regular activity, one that employees look forward to and actively participate in. We congratulate vao w88 units and individuals who won vao w88 2024 LCD awards and also extend our congratulations to vao w88 10 teams from 10 units that participated in vao w88 northern region’s cultural performance. These activities foster a strong bond among vao w88 workforce, between managers and workers, and between units within vao w88 system. We have overcome four years of difficulties, from vao w88 pandemic to vao w88 economic crisis in 2023, and even in 2024, many challenges remain. However, businesses have maintained their workforce, stabilized morale, and fostered enthusiasm, focusing on production and business activities for textile and garment workers. In vao w88 coming time, trade union activities should continue to revolve around vao w88 common goal of building enterprises and improving vao w88 lives of employees, not only materially but also spiritually,” emphasized Chairman Le Tien Truong.

Expanding and Replicating Creative Initiatives and Projects

Following vao w88 announcement of vao w88 CLF plan, VTGU received 75 creative initiatives and solutions beneficial to businesses. These initiatives not only enhanced productivity and reduced direct labor costs but also have vao w88 potential to be expanded across vao w88 entire industry, particularly in promoting green, circular, and sustainable production. After an initial assessment, 12 projects were selected for vao w88 final round, covering areas such as garment, management, and yarn-weaving-dyeing.

vao w88 festival highlighted outstanding creative projects, surpassing over 17,000 initiatives introduced by workers between 2023 and 2024. These projects were highly praised for their practical applications in management, operations, and production.

Harmony Between Creativity and Art

Alongside vao w88 festival, vao w88 Northern Region’s Cultural Performance Festival took place, featuring new compositions about vao w88 textile and garment industry. Over 400 performers, including workers and union members from 10 units, participated in vao w88 event. Each performance echoed vao w88 rhythms of life, labor, and production, showcasing love and pride in vao w88 industry.

vao w88 performances not only reflected vao w88 vibrant spirit of vao w88 workers but also promoted new songs about vao w88 textile and garment industry to a broader audience. vao w88 event concluded with top honors awarded to vao w88 Hanoi University of Textile Industry and vao w88 Garment Corporation 10-CTCP, among others.
